A personal loan puts the debt in your own name and is underwritten on your personal finances. Business funding is underwritten on the business, although owners are often asked for a personal guarantee. Keeping business debt in the business makes its records clearer. Can an LLC get a business loan?
Yes. LLCs, corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors can all ask about business funding. Partners usually want the entity to be in good standing, with its own bank account, and may ask the owners for personal guarantees. Newer businesses have fewer options than established ones.
Does your form trigger a credit check?
No. Summitreach Capital does not pull credit when you send the form. Partners often do during their review; ask which kind of inquiry it will be, soft or hard, before you agree to it.
Is a submitted request an approval?
No. A request is the start of a conversation. Each partner applies its own standards and can say no, so no request ever guarantees approval.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the funding type, the partner and how quickly documents are ready. Ask the partner for its timeline once it has your file.
